1. Install fledge

brew install CorvidLabs/tap/fledge

2. Describe the native tasks

Keep the commands the project already trusts, then give them stable names in fledge.toml.

3. Run the same lane everywhere

fledge lanes run verify

The local command and the macOS runner now execute the same contract.
