If you ask what we are working on, I send the roadmap

Building in the open

When someone asks what we are working on, I send them the roadmap.

It is the public record. Each project has pictures, links, and a dated life. Newest first on the main page. Oldest first when you open one project. It is not a commit counter, and a tag is not a new lifecycle.

A painted raven cut-out used on the visit door.
The visit door. The sunset is part of the page, not part of this cut-out.

What that page will tell you

Raven Nevermores are live. Deerx2t painted them, and they were minted on 21 Oct 2026. One of them is the same lifetime pass as one Corvid Nevermore. Raven on the web is an open MainNet beta, pinned at v0.17.0, and a new chat starts hybrid. Peck has a browser playtest and is still in development. 3md is the public release 2.2.1. Quill, atlas, and agent.3md stay off that list on purpose.

The visit door is the full-screen place for the flocks, Baby Jays, Raven, the Peck playtest, and 3md. You can look without holding a Nevermore.

If a date on the roadmap moved, it is because the public claim changed and someone reviewed it. A quiet week of commits does not get its own line.

Open the roadmap.
